Windsor Community Church Tornado Relief Fund
Windsor Community Church - www.windsorchurch.org – took a direct hit from Thursday's tornado. Their church building - located at 700 Automation Drive in Windsor, Colorado, southeast of the intersection of Hwy 257 and Garden Drive – was completely destroyed displacing the 200 congregants from their church home. Windsor Community is grateful that no one was hurt during the tornado. Joanne Tofslie, Windsor Communities Administrative assistant, was in her upstairs office just minutes before the tornado struck. Joanne felt an incredible urge from the Lord to get out of the building immediately. She did and drove home, narrowly missing being in the building when the tornado hit. Windsor Community is seeking to serve their community and especially those who have lost their homes. The building that Windsor Community meets in was destroyed but thankfully the church (which is the people of Windsor Community) is going strong and looking forward to showing the city of Windsor the Love of Jesus in practical ways!
