Youth
Ministry
"Our mission is to glorify God by calling
young men and women to know the reality of Jesus Christ genuinely"
Our Youth Ministry desires to see youth come to a life-changing,
life-saving personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We strive to
support parents in teaching their children the truth of God's Word so
that youth "may be adequate, equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy
3:16-17). We wish to prepare youth to proclaim the gospel, so that they
are, "not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for
salvation to everyone who believes..." (Romans 1:16). We seek to build
the confidence of youth in the truth of the Christian faith, so that
they may be able to make a defense to everyone who asks them to give an
account for the hope that is in them (1 Peter 3:15). We seek to live
our lives alongside the youth so that in "speech, conduct, love, faith,
and purity" they may "show themselves an example of those who believe"
(1 Timothy 4:12).
