Come Worship with us this weekend!!!
Listen to many of our sermons now!
Join us as you are for one of our three weekend worship
services. Each of these services has the same teaching and
similar worship styles: Saturday Night at 6:00 pm Sunday Morning at 9:00 am and 10:45 am
Nursery care (newborn up to 2 yrs) and Children's Celebration
ministry (2 yrs - 6th grade) are provided for all services.
Where: 201 Whedbee (See Map) One block east of the downtown Library at the corner of Oak and Whedbee.
What to expect: We encourage you to come worship with us "as you are".
MVC does not focus on the outward appearance but what is on the
inside. We just ask you to come with a heart to meet with God. Teaching of the Bible: We
are committed to teaching through the scriptures to give the whole
counsel of God (expository teaching). We teach for life change so
there is a strong emphasis on practical application so that we are
different people come 8 am Monday morning. You could say we don't
teach to inform but to transform.
Worship: We
love to worship the Lord when we are together. Our worship is
God-centered and meant to engage our hearts in response to all that God
is and all that He has done for us. The style of worship is more
contemporary but is loved by all ages! Learn more about the worship ministry.
Nursery Care
provided for children up to 2 yrs of age. (Located at the
west side of the Family Center on the first floor.) Learn more about our nursery ministry.
Children's Celebration provided for children 2 years old through 6th grade. Learn more about our children's ministry.
College Ministry meets Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm on the CSU campus during the school year. Learn more about the college ministry.
Lord's Supper and Concert of Prayer
is held the first Sunday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Sanctuary.
This is a very special service which offers time for quiet
reflection, individual and small group prayer and communion. This
is a Must Do service if you need that
special lift in your life that comes from spending time with
God in the company of fellow believers. Partaking
of communion is a commandment from the Lord and we do this
faithfully each month at this service.
