The St. Patrick's Day Parade in Old Town passes right by our church building every year! This creates a wonderful opportunity for us to reach out to the community. We set up a booth outside the church building and provide a warm drink and baked goods for people as they enjoy the parade, as well as open our building to warm up and use the restroom.
We need people to serve that morning at the church in various ways before, during, and after the parade and people to bring baked goods to the church the week leading up to the parade that we can giveaway during the outreach event..

Come hear about God's heart for the orphan and the many ways you can be involved in caring for orphans both in our community and around the world!
This talk is for everyone in the church family and will also incorporate the weekly High School and Junior High meetings. The purpose is to equip, challenge, and engage our body with answers to questions in relevant cultural controversies. What about dinosaurs in the Bible? Did Noah really fit all those animals on the ark? If evolution is true, how does that impact the way we view the Bible? How can a good God allow pain and suffering? Join us for a wonderful night!
